Join us at Kol Ami NW for an interactive Passover experience!

This event is geared towards preschool to 2nd grade with the adults who love them, but everyone is welcome. Come embrace your inner child.
RSVPs required.
This event will be run like a children’s museum exhibit. Everything will be out and ready, with directions and signage so the adult who brings you can help you with all the stations.
There will be staff running the Matzah making station, but your adult is still required to help you create it, so the staff can bake it!
FOOD:
Make your own Matzah from scratch: your grown up can help you make it and our staff will bake it.
Test out a make your own charoset bar and collect charoset ideas and recipes from around the world.
Check out some fully edible dessert centerpieces of the crossing of the Red Sea as well as houses in Egypt, and take home directions on how to make them yourself.
PLAY:
Act out the Passover story with simple items you could find around your house.
Learn how to make the 10 plagues tactile without any actual plagues.
MAKE IT:
Make your own Afikomen bag, Moses and Pharaoh puppets, a special Passover pillow for leaning, and a Bedikat Chametz game to help learn how to search for chametz in your home. LEARN IT:Learn the four questions at a special singing station with handouts and links to online practice sites. We will end by having our own Afikomen search outside on the playground at 10:30 AM.
